A strategic bridge between university and companies.
With Rectoral Decree no. 6756 of 17.6.2025, the University Center for Technology Transfer “University Technology - Transfer Center (UT2C)” is activated. Through your collaboration, it will be possible to create new opportunities for growth, innovation and development for the productive system and for the academic community.
Mission
The UT2C is a structure that connects academic research and the business world, with the aim of:
- Promoting the dissemination of knowledge and technologies developed in University Departments.
- Facilitating the transformation of research results into innovative products, processes, and services.
- Strengthening the university's role as an engine of economic, social, and cultural development of the territory.
Structured support in key areas:
Protection and valorization of intellectual property- Consultancy on patents, trademarks, and copyright.
- Support for drafting and filing patent applications.
- Management of licenses and economic valorization of rights.
- Assistance in the creation of academic spin-offs and start-ups.
- Support for defining business plans and valorization models.
- Incubation and mentoring for entrepreneurial ideas born from research.
- Identification of companies interested in R&D collaborations.
- Activation of national and international networks of universities and technological clusters.
- Organization of workshops and matching events.
- Orientation on regional, national, and European calls.
- Support for the preparation of projects (Horizon Europe, PNRR).
- Search for industrial and institutional partners.
